An unconventional trio

The 7" Chinese chef's knife is the star: a tall, flat blade that clears a cutting board in long push cuts and lifts the whole pile to the pan in one motion. The 6" cleaver adds the mass to get through joints and rind, and the 6" utility knife handles the in-between work. Come-apart kitchen shears and a 9" honing steel finish the kit.

Every blade is forged from a single piece of high-carbon stainless steel, hardened to 58 Rockwell and sharpened by Wusthof's PEtec process for a 20% sharper edge with twice the edge retention. The full bolster serves as a finger guard, and the triple-riveted black handle with the embedded trident has been the Classic signature for generations.
