Wusthof Classic 10 Piece Block Set is the set for the cook who has outgrown a starter block. It trades duplicate mid-size blades for the pieces that actually get used on a full prep day — two small in-hand knives, two serrated blades and a proper carving pair.

Where this set differs

Most blocks give you one small knife. This one gives you two: a 4" paring knife and a 2.75" peeling knife for hulling, coring and turning vegetables. It also splits serrated duty — a 5" serrated utility knife for tomatoes, rolls and citrus, and a 9" double-serrated bread knife with the length and aggression for sourdough crust. The 8" carving knife pairs with a 6" straight meat fork for holding and slicing a roast.

Every blade is forged from one piece of high-carbon stainless steel, hardened to 58 Rockwell and sharpened by Wusthof's PEtec process for a 20% sharper edge with twice the edge retention. The full bolster is also a finger guard, and the triple-riveted handle bears the embedded Wusthof trident.
