The Scanpan Qraft 3.25 qt covered saucepan is the everyday pot for the jobs that usually leave a mess: rice, oatmeal, polenta, cheese sauces, and soups. Its STRATANIUM LEAP coating is Scanpan's ceramic-based nonstick made without PFAS, so grains and thick sauces release cleanly instead of sticking to the bottom, and cleanup takes seconds.

The 8" recycled aluminum body spreads heat evenly for gentle simmering, and the smooth, rivetless interior leaves no fasteners for food to collect around. The included lid holds in heat and moisture, and the ergonomic Bakelite handle gives a secure grip when stirring and pouring. Pan, lid, and handle are oven safe to 480°F. Use on gas and electric cooktops; Qraft is not induction compatible.

Dishwasher safe, with hand washing recommended to keep the nonstick surface performing its best.
