Scanpan Qraft 8" Ceramic Nonstick Fry Pan, PFAS-Free LEAP Coating, Oven Safe to 480°F

Small enough for a quick breakfast and built to last for years of them, the Scanpan Qraft 8" fry pan is the pan you will reach for every morning. It is coated with STRATANIUM LEAP, Scanpan's ceramic-based nonstick made without PFAS, so eggs slide out, cheese lifts away cleanly, and cleanup takes seconds.

The body is made from recycled aluminum for even heating across the pan, and the smooth, rivetless interior means there are no fasteners for food to collect around. Sear on the stovetop, then finish a frittata or melt a topping in the oven up to 480°F. The ergonomic Bakelite handle gives a secure, comfortable grip. Use on gas and electric cooktops; Qraft is not induction compatible.

Dishwasher safe, with hand washing recommended to keep the nonstick surface performing its best.

Qraft is Scanpan's first ceramic-based nonstick collection, developed and made in Denmark for cooks who want easy release and cleanup from a coating made without PFAS. Every piece is backed by a 2-year Scanpan warranty.
