Scanpan Qraft 12.5" Covered Chef Pan, 4.25 Qt, Ceramic Nonstick, PFAS-Free, Oven Safe

Part skillet, part sauté pan, the Scanpan Qraft 4.25 qt covered chef pan is built for one-pan cooking. The wide 12.5" base gives you room to sear, and the deeper sides hold enough to braise chicken thighs, simmer a curry, stir risotto, or toss a full batch of pasta in sauce. Cover it with the included lid to hold in moisture while things simmer.

Its STRATANIUM LEAP coating is Scanpan's ceramic-based nonstick made without PFAS, so sauces and rice release cleanly and cleanup is easy. A recycled aluminum body spreads heat evenly, the rivetless interior leaves no fasteners for food to collect around, and ergonomic Bakelite handles give a secure grip. The pan, lid, and handles are all oven safe to 480°F, so you can start a braise on the stovetop and finish it in the oven. Use on gas and electric cooktops; Qraft is not induction compatible.

Dishwasher safe, with hand washing recommended to keep the nonstick surface performing its best.

Qraft is Scanpan's first ceramic-based nonstick collection, developed and made in Denmark for cooks who want easy release and cleanup from a coating made without PFAS. Every piece is backed by a 2-year Scanpan warranty.
