The defining visual element of this piece is the lavender purple stripe — a distinctive colorway achieved through one of the most technically demanding techniques in handmade crystal production. Before the decanter is formed, a rod of purple crystal is introduced directly into the molten glass. As the glass is then shaped by hand, the color extends naturally along the silhouette in a soft, continuous flow that follows every curve of the design — creating a restrained, quietly distinctive color accent that emphasizes harmony, precision, and visual calm rather than demanding attention.
