Every knife has a X50CrMoV15 stainless steel, hardened to 56-57 HRC blade, highly anti-corrosive and sharp, in half-tang construction with a varnished beech handle. The block's slots pierce right through so it is easy to keep clean, and silicone pads keep it from sliding without damaging your worktop.
