Opinel Néo6 Folding Pocket Knife, 2.75 Inch Rounded Tip Stainless Steel Blade, Opiflex Mechanism, Wood Handle, EDC

The Opinel Néo6 is Opinel's modern everyday carry knife: small, light and easy to use, and built around Opiflex, a patent-pending blade-retention mechanism. Instead of a locking ring, Opiflex holds the blade securely open or closed without locking, so opening and closing is smooth and intuitive.

The 2.75-inch stainless steel blade has a slightly rounded tip, a reassuring shape for city carry and everyday jobs: fruit at lunch, parcels, pencils. The ergonomic curved handle ends in a natural leather lanyard.

Handle options:

• Black Walnut: American walnut grown in French forests, fine grain from light to dark brown
• Olive Wood: warm Mediterranean grain that makes each knife unique
• Ebony: rare African wood, deep black, dense and velvety to the touch

• Blade: 2.75 in (7 cm) stainless steel, slightly rounded tip
• Mechanism: Opiflex non-locking blade retention (patent pending)
• Handle length: 3.66 in (9.29 cm)
• Open length: about 6.5 in
• Weight: about 0.88 oz
• Lanyard: natural leather
• Packaging: magnetic cardboard gift box
• Made in: Chambéry, France

Care: Wipe the blade clean and dry it after use. Hand wash and dry right away. Do not soak the knife or put it in the dishwasher, which can damage a wooden handle.

About Opinel: Opinel has made knives in Savoie, in the French Alps, since Joseph Opinel designed his first folding knife in 1890. Every blade carries the Crowned Hand stamp, and Opinel backs its products with a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects.
