The Opinel BBQ Grilling Set brings three well-made, French-built tools to the grill: a big folding knife, a spatula that uses the knife's handle, and a pair of long tongs. It is designed for backyard barbecues and for cooking over the fire at camp.

No.12B folding BBQ knife. A 6.3-inch (16 cm) stainless steel blade handles steak, sausages, vegetables and fruit. The varnished beech handle comes from sustainably managed French forests, has a bottle opener at the end, and is fitted with the Virobloc safety ring, invented by Marcel Opinel in 1955, to lock the blade open or closed.

Spatula+. The large stonewashed stainless steel spatula (8.5 x 20 cm cooking surface, beveled on both sides) inserts into the No.12B handle and locks in place with the Virobloc ring, so one handle does two jobs.

XL tongs. At 40 cm (15.75 in), the stonewashed stainless tongs keep your hands clear of the heat. The asymmetric heads have notched tips for a secure grip, and a grill lifter is built into the end.

Care: Wash the knife and spatula by hand and dry them right away. Hand wash and dry right away. Do not soak the knife or put it in the dishwasher, which can damage a wooden handle.
