The 10-position thickness dial lets you roll dough from a generous 4.8mm down to a paper-thin 0.5mm — covering the full range of thicknesses needed for lasagna sheets, fettuccine, tagliolini, and everything in between. The dual cutter head cuts both fettuccine (6mm) and tagliolini (1.5mm) with clean, precise results in a single pass, while the smooth rollers produce sheets up to 150mm wide — wide enough for beautiful, even lasagna sheets every time. Beyond pasta, the smooth rollers are equally well-suited for rolling out piadina, pita bread, and Asian noodle doughs.

The included hand crank gives you full, tactile control over rolling speed — and the machine is pre-drilled and compatible with the optional Marcato Pasta Drive motor attachment (sold separately) for hands-free operation.
