My Calphalon pan was starting to smoke and things were sticking to the pan, so I went on a quest for new a pan. I liked that this was non toxic, but I was not satisfied in it's non stick delivery. Fried eggs stick even with a bit of clarified butter stuck when I tried to flip them. Oil or butter sits in the outer rim of the pan so it doesn't feel even. Scrambling eggs was the worst. I gave it average because it cleans up easily, and I found I didn't have to season as much, but would have given it lower because the non stick is not true in my case.
