Burgundy clay diffuses heat gently and evenly rather than conducting it in hot spots, so loaves rise tall and bake through to the center without a scorched crust or a gummy middle. It's built for everything from classic sourdough and wheat loaves to sweet quick breads, banana bread, pate and a proper meat loaf.

Sleek, elegant handles make it easy to lift a hot pan from the oven and carry it straight to the table, and pieces in The Right Dish range nest inside one another to save cupboard space.
