Instead of Shun Classics stainless steel Damascus blade cladding, this incredible Limited Edition knife features 34 layers of stainless steel and copper on each side, for a total of 68 layers of cladding. Ribbons of brilliant copper flow over the blades surface and are set off by copper accents at the bolster and endcap. The endcap also features a commemorative laser engraving. This Limited Edition knife takes the Classic Chef's Knife to a whole new aesthetic level.
