The Opinel No.08 Mushroom Knife is a favorite of foragers because it does three jobs in one compact folding tool: pick, scrape and clean. The curved stainless steel blade gets into tight spots around delicate fungi to cut the stem cleanly, the toothed back of the blade scrapes away soil and debris, and a boar bristle brush on the end of the handle brushes off dirt so your mushrooms come home cleaner.

Care: Brush out the bristles and wipe the blade dry after foraging. Hand wash and dry right away. Do not soak the knife or put it in the dishwasher, which can damage a wooden handle.
