Return/Exchange Policy

Returns may be sent back within 30 days of delivery for a refund. We are confident that you will be happy with your purchase from us, but if you are in any way unsatisfied with the items you receive, we will be happy to help you with our quick and efficient return process. Returns received within 30 days of your initial purchase date will be refunded in the form of the original payment method. If we receive a return after the 30 day return window, a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Returns must be shipped back prepaid.

Return Process

Returns are easy!  Just click here to contact us for a return authorization.  Be sure to include your order number in the email.

All returns are subject to the following conditions:

  • The item must be brand new and sealed, in resalable condition
  • The packaging materials and/or outer packaging must not be damaged

Any items received back in used condition or with damaged packaging will be assessed a 25% restocking fee which will be deducted from the total amount refunded. Any returns of orders that originally received free shipping or a promotional shipping credit will have the actual shipping costs deducted from the refund. Returns must be sent at the senders expense unless one or more of the following apply.

  • The item was received damaged or defective
  • The item was misrepresented on our website

Defective Merchandise

In the unlikely event that receive an item that has a manufacturer defect, please click here to contact us so we can arrange to ship you a new item and issue a prepaid return label for you to ship the item back to us. Please include your order number when contacting us regarding your shipment.
