Shipping Time

We know that part of a great online shopping experience is being able to get your items quickly, which is why we will process and ship your order within 24 hours of receipt. We think that just because shipping on most of our items is free doesn't mean it should take a long time, most of our customers receive their orders in 2-6 business days. The above shipping map shows estimated transit times from our fulfillment center in Virginia Beach. Please keep in mind that the transit times shown by the map are estimates.

Standard Shipping

All orders placed before 2:00 PM EST will ship from our warehouse the same day, all other orders will ship the following business day. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on the following Monday. Our order fulfillment team does not ship orders on weekends or holidays. Ground shipping transit times are between 2-6 business days. Please note that UPS does not deliver to PO boxes, so please provide us with a street address upon checkout to avoid delays in processing.

Express Shipping

Can't wait to get your order? We gladly offer the following express shipping services.

• UPS Next Day Air - Arrives the following business day.
• UPS 2 Day - Arrives 2 business days after order is shipped.
• UPS 3 Day Select - Arrives 3 days after order is shipped.

All express shipping orders placed before 2:00 PM EST will ship from our warehouse the same day, all other orders will ship the following business day. Express Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on the following Monday.

Domestic Shipping Rates

All orders over $49 from eKitchenWorld ship free, period, no fine print, fancy legal jargon, exceptions or exclusions. Order under $49? No problem, it will only be $4.95 for standard shipping. Free shipping only applies to ground shipping.

3 Day, 2 Day, & Overnight Shipping

Need faster service? We offer 3 day, 2 day, and overnight shipping. Shipping rates for all express services vary based on your location and the weight and dimensions of your shipment. Please add all of your items to our shopping cart and use our simple shipping calculator at the bottom of the page to get rates and transit times for all available express shipping methods to your location.

Shipping Rates To Canada

We ship to Canada! Shipping rates to Canada are based on the total weight of your order and can be calculated by using the shipping calculator on our item pages or by using the shipping calculator in the shopping cart. The currently available shipping methods to Canada are USPS First Class International Mail, FedEx Express, or UPS Standard.

Taxes & Duties - All taxes, duties, and brokerage fees are the responsibility of the buyer, these fees are not included in the shipping cost and may be collected by the carrier at the time of delivery. Brokerage fees are only applicable for UPS Standard and FedEx Ground to Canada, any shipments via USPS, FedEx Express, or UPS Expedited will not be charged any brokerage fees.

Transit time - Please note the following transit times for shipments to Canada. UPS Standard transit time will be available in our shipping calculator. USPS First Class transit time varies and can take 2-5 weeks depending on customs.
