Return/Exchange Policy

At eKitchenWorld, we offer a generous 60 day return policy. We are confident that you will be happy with your purchase from us, but if you are in any way unsatisfied with the items you receive, we will be happy to help you with our quick and efficient return process. Returns received within 30 days of your initial purchase date will be refunded in the form of the original payment method. Returns received after 30 days from the initial purchase date will be refunded by company check sent to your billing address. If we receive a return after the 60 day return window, a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Return Process

We have worked hard to keep our return process simple. We do not require an RMA# (return merchandise authorization), however we do ask that you fill out our simple return form below and enclose it with your package in order to help us locate your order and promptly issue you a refund. Returns that do not include the return form will be shipped back and the cost will be deducted from your refund.

All returns are subject to the following conditions:

• The item must be brand new and sealed, in resalable condition
• The packaging materials and/or outer packaging must not be damaged

Any items received back in used condition or with damaged packaging will be assessed a 25% restocking fee which will be deducted from the total amount refunded. Returns must be sent at the senders expense unless one or more of the following apply.

• The item was received damaged or defective
• The item was misrepresented on our website

Damaged Shipments

In the unlikely event that your package arrives damaged, please click here to contact us so we can issue a UPS call tag and have the item picked up and shipped back to us.

Defective Merchandise

In the unlikely event that receive an item that has a manufacturer defect, please click here to contact us. so we can arrange to ship you a new item and issue a UPS call tag to have the item picked up and shipped back to us.
