Is your website Secure?

How do you protect my privacy?

• The protection of our customers personal information is our number one priority. We will never sell, share, or rent any of your personal information including but not limited to your name or address with anybody else. Security is not something that we take lightly. What payment options do you accept?

• We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
• We also accept PayPal!
• We will accept personal checks and money orders, but we will not ship your merchandise until your payment clears (usually 3-7 business days)

Do I have to pay sales tax?

• Currently, we are only required to collect sales tax on orders shipped within the state of Virginia. No sales tax will be assessed on orders shipping outside of Virginia.

Do you have a catalog?

• Our product selection is growing and changing on a frequent basis, therefore we do not have a paper catalog. Every item we carry is available to browse on our website.

Ordering By Phone

• Prefer to place your order by phone? Give us a call toll free at 1-877-843-4547. We are available to assist you between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm EST Monday - Friday. When calling to place a phone order, please have the item numbers of the product(s) that you would like to order. Item numbers are available on each product page.

What if I need to make changes to my order?

• We ship fast! Your items are normally picked, packed, and shipped within a few hours of placing you order. If you want to change an order, it is very important that you contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be changed.
